Supplements: are not essential for 95% of the results you’ll achieve in this program. They can be helpful in providing convenience or offering a slight edge, but they are not a requirement for success. Most of your progress will come from consistent effort in training and nutrition, which can easily be achieved without any fancy products. If you choose to use supplements, think of them as a
supplement to your diet, not the foundation of your results.
Gym Memberships: are not mandatory, but training in the gym will speed up your transformation and in my opinion be more effective. Working out in the gym offers greater variety, more advanced equipment and makes it easier to progress than working out at home. For example, compound lifts
like squats, romanian deadlifts, bench press, lat pull down and leg press are much easier to execute and progress on when compared to body weight exercises. Furthermore, machine variations also reduce the skill requirement
compared to advanced bodyweight movements at home. This allows you to
gain strength faster, safer and more efficiently.
That said, home workouts can still yield good results, but they often come with
slower progress and fewer options for progression and variety (unless you have your own equipment). You will need more creativity to stimulate progressive overload (the driving force behind all transformations) by manipulating TEMPO and utilise time under tension (TUT) to keep things challenging at home. At the very least, a basic gym membership combined with an electronic food scale for precise tracking is all you really need to maximise your results.
In summary:
Supplements: Are optional, helpful for convenience or a small edge, but not necessary for your transformation (regardless of what the industry tries to sell you). Furthermore, I recommend the top 5 time tested supplements to invest in and you can ask me about specifics on the Live streams.
Gym Memberships: are not required, but are
highly recommended for faster, easier and more effective progress. Training at home is an option but may slow your journey due to less equipment and variation.
